What this is

Walking in heels and dancing in heels are two completely different things. The moment you step up into them your centre of gravity moves, your posture becomes visible, balance can no longer be left to chance. The interesting part of Heels isn't the heel, it's what happens to your movement once you have control over it.

Level 1 is six sessions building the foundation: posture, balance, walking, weight transfer, control of the torso and pelvis, arms, lines, transitions. Level 2 is a weekend intensive, two three-hour sessions, where we tie it all together and add combinations, musicality, dynamics and styling.

What you leave with

With more stability in heels, but also with a much clearer understanding of your own body: where your weight sits, how you hold your posture, why one movement looks fluid and another rushed.

And something good happens once you have control: you stop trying to fill every second. You can go slower. You can do less. Because when the body is sure of itself, it doesn't need to prove as much.

How it works

The program has two parts. Level 1 is six Monday sessions, 21:00-22:30, and Level 2 is a weekend of three hours a day, on the first free weekend after the last session. Fifteen hours of training in total: nine in Level 1 and six in Level 2.

Classes build progressively, each meeting continues the material of the one before. We film along the way: in Heels, video helps you see the posture and lines you can't observe while dancing. If you'd rather not appear, tell us from the start.

Before you sign up

Payment confirms your place

Your place is yours once the first instalment or the full amount is paid. After signing up you join the course WhatsApp group, with class recordings, reminders and support throughout.

Cancelling 7 days ahead

If you cancel at least 7 days before the start, you get a credit valid for 3 months, usable for any other Dance Prestige program or class.

No refunds after the start

Your place is already booked and the program is running. For serious medical situations or unforeseen emergencies we can offer credit or rescheduling, based on medical evidence sent to info@danceprestige.ro within 7 days.

If we cancel

If Dance Prestige cancels a class or a module, you choose between a full refund or full credit. Your place is transferable to someone else, but you handle the transfer yourself.

Classes are filmed

We film classes for our own content and so anyone who misses a session still has the material. If you don't want to appear, tell us when we contact you after you register.

Payment and what to bring

For groups with online payment, you pay directly with the buttons on this page. For groups with reservation, you pay nothing here: once your spot is reserved, the payment link arrives by email. You can always pay in cash at the Dance Prestige reception instead. Come in comfortable clothes and bring a change of shoes. By registering you confirm you are medically fit to take part.
